Cost and Compensation FAQs
Your initial consultation is complimentary. If you select a senior living community that has a referral agreement with Jordan Senior Care Advisors, that community generally compensates us, and you pay no direct placement fee. If you choose a community outside our partner network and would like us to continue providing research, coordination, or placement support, a family-paid service fee may apply. We will explain all potential fees before paid work begins, and you will never be charged without first agreeing to the services and fee in writing.
No. Recommendations are based on the senior’s care needs, preferences, budget, desired location, availability, and overall fit. We will be transparent about whether a recommended community participates in our referral network.
Partner communities compensate Jordan Senior Care Advisors through their referral or marketing budgets. Families should confirm all rent, care charges, deposits, and other community fees directly with the selected community.
