Jordan Senior Care Advisors was founded by Chaka Jordan, who is deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate complex healthcare decisions with compassion and clarity.

With extensive experience in healthcare, Chaka has spent years working alongside patients, families, and care teams. Through that work, she gained a clear understanding of what families go through when a loved one’s needs begin to change. That understanding is not only professional, but personal. She has also helped her own family navigate care decisions and knows how emotional and overwhelming the process can be.
